Henkel IIC Building

This project consists of 388 m2 of reception/expo space, 3D printer lab, open plan offices and meeting room. The works include the refurbishment of an existing clean room facility into a new 3D printing lab with expo space including mezzanine level office and meeting space.

Special Features

–  Glazed acoustic partitions to 3D lab with resin floors – Reception area floors are finished in tiled covering and wall finishes include painted plaster and Nordic oak wall cladding – Feature terrazzo infill to reception desk area with a wall mounted commissioned work of art in 3D print by Aectual – Reception ceilings include a perimeter back lit bulkhead to entire perimeter – Feature stairs in stainless steel with a glass balustrade linking the reception and upper mezzanine level open plan office and meeting room – Full height exposed ceilings to the open plan offices with exposed structural steel columns throughout  – Toilet areas are finished in porcelain wall and floor tiles with Corian solid surface to a long trough WHB with wall mounted mixers and exposed stainless steel traps under – Kingspan Evolution Recess panel & powder coated aluminium fascia with Tegral sheeting soffit to the entrance canopy – Entrance lobby is finished in a powder coated aluminium cladding with curtain walling glazing full height to the front elevation – External granite paving with bollard lighting
