The project comprises alterations and refurbishment works to 51 A, B & C Dawson Street. These three terraced buildings are protected structures. The building is subdivided into individual office suites, one retail unit on the ground floor and a two storey 2 bed apartment residence in the corner of the building. The development includes all upgrading of mechanical and electrical services, all associated site and drainage works. Dawson Street is a very busy city centre through-fare serviced by Dublin Bus and the Luas.
