This project consists of the construction of a new 4 storey office building with a total floor area of approximately 1,440m2 and a 900m2 basement with underground car parking facilities.
The works included the demolition of the existing single storey dwelling house. The development will consist of a reception area, meeting rooms and administration offices on the ground floor, a production area and staff welfare facilities on the first floor, a drawing area and associated offices on the second floor and offices on the third floors with outside terrace area all over basement level car park (part covered/part uncovered) providing for 35 no. carparking spaces and 8 bicycle racks. The development will also include a new on site treatment system and ancillary drainage works with new footpath, vehicular access from the Old Airport Road at the site and all associated ancillary works.
