The project involved the internal alterations and refurbishment works to the existing banking hall at the Bank of Ireland branch in Rathmines. The bank remained operational at all times during the works. These works comprised future branch modelling works for Bank of Ireland. The existing building is a Protected Structure and all works were carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
